ARRIVAL ON SITE
Please arrive 5 minutes prior your booked treatment. The screen door will open to you five minutes prior to your prepared session, to settle, breathe and complete initial intake form [new clients].
PARKING
Parking couldn’t be easier with Soul Bodywork. We have available spaces in the private cul-de-sac. If need be, the neighbouring Bina Street leading up to Ludlow Street has additional spaces within a very short, pleasurable walk. At times, we may be able to offer you on site driveway access depending on prior car reservation activity. In this case, you will receive personal text or in person directions for our on site driveway usage availability.

WHAT TO WEAR FOR OUR SESSIONS
Prepare for your session at Soul Bodywork Chapel Hill Brisbane by wearing comfortable clothing.
Be comfortable to move and receive treatment fully clothed. Generally massage therapy requires the client to disrobe in order to receive the application and glide of professionally qualified skin-on-skin techniques together with our organic grade base and essential oils, as well as hot towels and the possible integration of the Near-infrared light body panel [you are always appropriately and professionally draped during treatment]. If required, massage treatment can be applied dry [over clothing with compression and passive movement stretch techniques]. Our Neuroenergetic Kinesiology, Reiki, Shamanic Light Language sessions are generally received fully clothed. Disrobing is not necessary. Pilates Meditation Movement is actioned fully clothed. Please come comfortably dressed, or bring appropriate clothing to change into [if coming in with business work attire].
POST TREATMENT
After your treatment at Soul Bodywork Chapel Hill Brisbane, take time to relax and reflect.
Mindfully include adequate time following our treatments to integrate, go slow, hydrate and reflect where possible. You may even wish [or need] to go for a walk around our surrounding beautiful streets, and breathe in Mother Nature Spirit. The native plants and flowers are seasonally ever changing and exquisite. It is advised not to rush following our treatments. Take time to simply BE at peace with Self. Give yourself permission.
