- We appreciate NO CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours of Your selected reserved time. We all understand and respect each others’ time. We can’t wait to be with you.
- EMERGENCY RESCHEDULING [within 24 hours] is respected for both client and practitioner. RESCHEDULING prior 24 hours is welcome.
- NO SHOWS or LATE ARRIVAL will incur the full cost/value of the time pre-booked and paid. Please arrive 5 mins prior your treatment, to reap full benefits.
- All SINGLE CONSULTS have 1 month EXPIRY from time of purchase. All PACKAGE DEALS have EXPIRY associated within timeframe specified.
- If the practitioner cannot fulfil your pre-paid services within the expiry time, full refund [single or remaining package] may be awarded to you the client.
- Additional cancellation policies/TnCs may be valid within individual treatment purchases, or packaged deal purchase, and will be noted clearly.
- Pre-paid, uncommenced consult REFUND REQUESTS, which occur outside of our 24 hour cancellation policy, incur a fee of $43.20 [deducted from full session pre-payment] for business admin time/costs. Allow 14 business days for processing.
- Private Health Fund [ARHG, CBHS] receipts for eligible claiming, will be generated after full pre-payment and selected treatment has been received in person.
