General Cancellation Policy

Hey Soul Bodywork friend. You are SECURING Your treatment consult and our time with PRE-PAYMENT ONLINE. You are prioritised.
We appreciate NO CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours of Your selected reserved time. We all understand and respect each others’ time. We can’t wait to be with you.
EMERGENCY RESCHEDULING [within 24 hours] is respected for both client and practitioner. RESCHEDULING prior is welcome.
All SINGLE CONSULTS have 1 month EXPIRY from time of purchase. All PACKAGE DEALS have EXPIRY associated within timeframe specified. If the practitioner cannot fulfil your pre-paid services within the expiry time, full refund [single or remaining package] may be awarded to you the client.
Additional cancellation policies may be valid within individual treatment purchases, or packaged deal purchase, and will be noted clearly.
Pre-paid, uncommenced consult REFUND REQUESTS incur a fee of $40 [deducted from full session pre-payment] for business admin time/costs.
